Refund policy
All products ordered from the website and successfully delivered to the user by Giantman & Company may be returned to Giantman & Company in accordance with the terms contained in the respective policy.
Giantman & Company gives you the option to return or replace the product within 5 days of receipt of the order in the following circumstances. Upon approval of the return, the customer will receive a refund within 4–7 business days.
Eligible Return/Replacement Scenarios:

Received incorrect product from what was mentioned in the order.

Received incorrect flavor from what was mentioned in the order.

Product is damaged.
In case of any of these issues, Giantman & Company will gladly help you resolve the matter. You may be asked to provide images and details of your transaction to the team to verify the issue. Once verified, we will either replace the product, exchange it, or issue a credit note.
All actions regarding cancellation, refund, replacement, and credit are completely at the discretion of the brand.
Non-Returnable Scenarios:
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges, such as those listed below:

Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns.

In case of return requests for products purchased under promotional offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free or free merchandise), the offer will be void, and only 30% of the value of the sealed product will be refunded. Free merchandise must also be returned.

Subjective issues like allergic reactions, gastric issues, headache, dislike of flavor, or flavor differences between brands are not eligible for return. Please consult a healthcare professional before purchasing our products.

Return request made outside the 5-day window.

Product is damaged due to customer misuse or is not in the original condition as received.

If the outer delivery carton is unsealed, please do not accept the delivery. We cannot process returns for such cases.

Products with tampered or missing serial numbers and MRP labels.

Items returned without original packaging, freebies, or accessories.

Products that have been stored improperly or not according to the instructions on the product label.
